On March 16, the Intellectual Property Colloquium welcomed Professor Michael J. Burstein, Assistant Professor at Cardozo School of Law, to discuss one of his works-in-progress. Professor Burstein's paper is entitled "Patent Markets: A Framework for Evaluation." In it, he undertakes a critical evaluation the theoretical justifications for secondary patent markets.
