On April 27th, the Intellectual Property Colloquium welcomed Professor Stacey Dogan, Professor of Law at Boston University School of Law, to discuss one of her works-in-progress. Professor Dogan's paper is entitled "Harm, Benefit, and Justification in Trademark Law."
